Salmon with sauce of lemon and saffron


  • 4 Filets of salmon
  • Oil
  • Salt and white pepper
  • 100gr. Butter
  • The juice of 2 fresh lemons
  • Parsley
  • A few fibers of saffron
  • A teaspoonful of sugar


  • They are seasoned and the filets of salmon pass for the frying pan until they are gilded externally.
  • They move back and in the same frying pan we add the butter the juice of both lemons the saffron and the sugar.
