With the heat of summer there is nothing more refreshing and easy to make, that a glass of homemade lemonade. Lemonade is healthy and offers a supply of vitamin C. It is moisturizing, helps with digestion and protects us from skin aging.
5 medium lemons
200 grams of sugar
1 sprig mint (optional)
1 liter and half of water
First we squeeze the lemons and pour the juice with some pulp into a large pitcher. Add the sugar and stir. If we want more sweet add more sugar. Mix the sugar, until it has been completely dissolved and add a half liter of water. Put the sprig of mint, if you like, and we put the jar in the refrigerator so that it is chilly when serving. When serving you can add some ice cubes.
