Lemon yogurt cake

  • An envelope baking powder (Royal)
  • Flour, as yogurt cups three

In a bowl will throw the eggs one by one and mix with sugar, and we will beat them. For this we use a rod or a mixer.

Then add the lemon zest and beat back, and finally we will take the baking powder and will beat again.

Once they are all ingredients well beaten mixture let stand a few minutes.

While the mixture rests will oven to 180 degrees and preheat. It is important to grease the mold with a little butter and flour better to unmold the cake once baked. Then we will put it in the oven for 40 minutes our future cake.
