We propose a recipe full of energy and carbohydrate, seasoned with lemon citrus flavor, easy to make and eat.
200 gr. spaghetti
1 lemon (juice and zest)
40 gr. Parmesan
3 tablespoons cooking cream
5 pinches of salt
3 pinches of pepper
Perhaps most important, but not easy to achieve is to cook the pasta al dente. For our starter we stay perfect we must give the exact doneness as spend, or not come, you can be the trigger for our failure.
Once we have given the exact doneness, cut off the cooking with cold water and set aside.
After that, we’ll simmer the cream in a saucepan along with the juice and zest of lemon, and we will remove. After a couple of minutes add salt and pepper, mix and will join back to the sauce with spaghetti.
We have set our dish of the day, but before you eat it do not forget to put grated parmesan cheese.
