The “Lemon Mousse” is a very refreshing dessert especially ideal for the days where the heat more tightening, but that can be taken throughout the year.
- 2 lemons
- 2 eggs, separating the whites
- Condensed milk, 160 grams or more to taste
- 3 Sheet gelatin
- 2 Sugar spoons
- A little water
First you must choose the packages where you will place the lemon mousse: worth a single container or individual containers.
