- 220 gr. flour
- 1/2 scrape lemon
- 1 egg
- 25 ml. olive oil
- 25 ml. milk
- 80 grs. sugar
- 15 ml. dry anise liqueur
- 8 g. yeast

The first is to sift the flour and baking powder, beat the egg in a bowl and we’re adding the liquid ingredients: anise, milk and oil. Then add the sugar and lemon zest, and we beat the sugar to dissolve.
We introduce gradually sifted flour with yeast until a consistent mass us. Now knead the dough on the work table a minute for all the ingredients are well linked.
Sprinkle the table with a handful of flour and we place the dough on top, let stand twenty minutes. After this time in a small frying pan and enough olive oil while heating’re doing donuts.
We take a piece of dough, we round shape with your index finger and make a hole in the center. With fingers we carefully stretching the dough to get our desired form of donut. Remember you have to have a hole in the center. When the oil is hot fry the donuts started, and when browned on one side turn around for them to be made on the other.
We prepared a plate with paper towels which will deposit the donuts when they come out of the pan and a plate of sugar to coat the donuts in it.
