Lemon cookies


  • 90 grs. butter
  • 190 grs. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 285 grs. of bizcochona flour (with built leaven or pastry flour is added to) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


In a bowl pour all the ingredients except the flour, baking soda and salt and beat until creamy.

Add the sifted flour with baking soda and salt and mix until they are smooth, homogeneous mass.

We introduce the dough in the refrigerator for about 30-45 minutes. We take and we form small balls and crushing them with the palm of the hand.

If you notice you too mush, I embadurnáis flour hands and give them shape.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
