Green Asparagus with Lemon and Parmesan

Today we suggest a dish with great flavor, easy to make apart from that can serve as a garnish or accompaniment, and even as a first. 


  • 16-18 green asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper


The first thing to do is wash the asparagus under running cold water in order to remove any sand that might take. After that the well will dry with paper towels.
