- 1/2 Liter of milk
- 5 Eggs
- 2 Spoonfuls of cornflour
- 1 Cup of flour
- 6 Spoonfuls of sugar
- 1 Spoonful of yeast
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Branch of cinnamon
- 50gr. Butter
First we will set the milk to cook together with the branch of cinnamon and the bark of the lemon, which before we will have cut.
We dissolve, apart, the cornflour with a trickle of cold water in a glass and, later we add it to the milk, close to 3 yolks of the eggs (we will use other two later).
We withdraw the branch of cinnamon and remove all this very strong mixture until it thickens.
Immediately afterwards, we add the yeast with the sugar and allow that it should thicken enough.
Then, we lubricate a rectangular mold with a bit of butter and spill the prepared one that we have done already.
We hope that it cools and hardens and, later, we cut the resultant mass to small square.
We muffle it with flour and then with other 2 well-trodden eggs and fry with abundant oil, already warmly.
When they are nice doraditos, we place them in a tray and dust a bit of sugar above.
