Cream of carrot, lemon and ginger

To prepare this plate, which can serve us as the first plate of a food anyone, we will need the following ingredients:

  • 400gr. Carrots
  • 200gr. Potato
  • 1 Leek
  • 1 Ulna of broth of chicken
  • 1 Stem of fresh lemon
  • 1cm fresh ginger
  • 2 Spoonfuls of cream
  • Chive to the decoration
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

To peel the carrots and the potatoes, in not very big chunks, as the leek.

To do a broth in two water cups and to add the vegetables and the ulna.

Cut the stem of lemon and peel and cut the ginger.

To add to the broth and to cook to slow fire during 25 minutes (always to check that it does not stay without water).

Withdraw the stem of lemon and to mix the broth with a mixer or licuadora.

The salt rectifies if it is necessary.

Empty the mixture in glasses and to place in the center a bit of cream of milk.

To adorn with the twigs of chive.
