If you love the taste of citrus own and you are thinking about eating something low calorie, today we offer a shrimp salad with a hint of lemon and orange. The shrimp flavor joins a variety of citrus hues to make a salad full of creativity and flavor.
The shrimp have a high protein content, and antioxidant nutrients such as iodine, phosphorus and sodium, vital for the body.
- 125 gr. shrimp
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Cilantro (to taste)
- Pinch of salt
- Splash of olive oil
- Half lemon squeezed
- Half orange squeezed
The first thing to do is thoroughly clean the shrimp before cooking for about three minutes. When ready we cut them into small pieces and cool before serving. Furthermore, itch together peppers, red onion and cilantro. Will gather in a bowl with chopped shrimp and garlic powder, and we have the basis of what will be our salad.
In another bowl must squeeze half a lemon and half orange and the juice extracted joining our salad. Add olive oil and salt to the mixture.
