Chicken Provencal herbs with a touch of citrus


  • 1/2 chicken into pieces
  • 1 lemon
  • 2/3 cloves garlic
  • Sal
  • Fine herbs: chives, parsley, chervil and tarragon
  • Oil
  • 1 stock cube


The first thing to do is preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
