Mundosol has over 1100 hectares of its own estates where lemons of the two most traditional varieties in our region are grown: Primofiori and Verna.
Primofiori, also called Fino, is round to oval in shape with a short nipple. Easily recognised as its skin is smooth and thin. It has juicy pulp, a lot of juice and very few seeds.
Verna is larger in size, with a pronounced nipple and a well-developed neck. Its skin is thick, rough and irregular. When pressed, we can see how its pulp is tender and its juice, although less abundant, has the right acidity.
