Lemon diet

One of the most popular diets is currently called ‘lemon diet’. This diet allows you to detox and lose about 8 kilos in just two weeks. Although we must be extremely careful with these and any other diet, and to lose weight fast is not recommended.

There are enough nutrients in the diet to keep with the energy necessary and sufficient to cleanse your body of unwanted toxins.
If you’re looking for a traditional, natural, economic detoxification and are willing to put up your metabolism your method is the ‘lemon diet’.

Methodology:

Take your glass and fill it with 200 ml of cold water. Throw in the juice of half a lemon making sure to leave out the pulp and seeds. It is important that freshly squeezed lemon is at the time of use and that is natural lemon, forget juice imitations currently sold in supermarkets.

Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and a pinch, your choice of ‘cayenne pepper’ or ground ginger to your glass. It is important to mix well with spoon the liquid.
